Q How do I book an exam?

Students must book their exam appointment online through the OLDF booking system.

Q Does my university need to send the exam?

Yes. Your university or certification provider must send the exam instructions or exam file directly to OLDF before your appointment.

Your exam cannot proceed unless the exam materials have been received.
Q What should I bring on exam day?

Students must bring:

  • Government-issued photo identification
  • Exam authorization from their institution
  • Any permitted materials specified by the instructor or exam provider

Students should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled exam time.

Q Can I cancel or reschedule my exam?

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Q What types of exams can OLDF supervise?

OLDF supports several types of proctored examinations including:

  • University distance education exams
  • College examinations
  • Professional certification exams
  • Licensing examinations
  • Computer-based exams
  • Paper-based exams
Q What if my university has not used OLDF before?

Many universities allow students to nominate a proctoring location. Students should submit OLDF's proctor information to their university for approval.
