Frequently Asked Questions
The following questions are commonly asked by students who require a supervised exam location.
Students must book their exam appointment online through the OLDF booking system.
Book OnlineYes. Your university or certification provider must send the exam instructions or exam file directly to OLDF before your appointment.
Students must bring:
- Government-issued photo identification
- Exam authorization from their institution
- Any permitted materials specified by the instructor or exam provider
Students should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled exam time.
Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
OLDF supports several types of proctored examinations including:
- University distance education exams
- College examinations
- Professional certification exams
- Licensing examinations
- Computer-based exams
- Paper-based exams
Many universities allow students to nominate a proctoring location. Students should submit OLDF's proctor information to their university for approval.
