Career is an occupation undertaken for a significant period of a person's life and with opportunities for progress. We give high school and college students advice on how to plan their academic paths and ongoing academic advise and counselling during their time in school.
The Babysitters Training Course is one of Canada Safety Council’s longest-running programs. The course is an ideal community project, which can help prevent injuries and promote the responsible management of common situations that may arise while children are under the care of babysitters. Students of this course must be at least 12 years old or turning 12 within the calendar year. The program enables the students to demonstrate their capabilities and maturity by completing the course under the responsible direction of the instructor
OLDF Youth Leadership Engagement program is a fun program for youth between the ages of 12-17. The program is youth-centred; designed by youth for youth to develop their leadership skills and make lasting friendships, get involved in their community, complete a volunteer certificate program.

Road map program is a program for ages 15-25 years old. The program provides youth with employability skills training and employment training support. The goal of the program is to help young people make successful transition from receiving an education to obtaining sustainable employment.
