SUMMARY:Achievers Summer Learning Camp | 5 weeks | Free | Brampton
DESCRIPTION:Achievers learning camp provides a full-day program for six weeks during the summer break for children 5 to 12 years of age in Toronto\, Brampton and Mississauga. This affordable program occurs in an integrated setting where children with different abilities come together to learn & grow. Campers will learn new skills\, develop greater self-confidence and create lasting memories. \nAt OLDF\, we believe that a camp is a place where the magic happens. OLDF Camp is where each child’s unique talents\, personality\, and perspective are welcomed and celebrated. It’s a place where all campers and counsellors can feel comfortable to be themselves and have the opportunity to discover how their individuality can impact the world. The camp is a place to laugh\, play and develop life-long friendships. \nAt the OLDF\, we believe in helping all children and youth reach their full potential. OLDF campers have the opportunity to develop life skills and try new things as they deepen their connection with the world around them. The camp will challenge the youth to take risks\, make mistakes\, and step out of their comfort zones to accomplish the seemingly “impossible.” \nOur camp now follows the HIGH FIVE® Canada’s quality standard for children’s programs\, and our staff are High Five certified. Click here for more information. \nA Typical Day at Camp \nWhat does a typical day of camp look like? \n  \n\n9:00am Opening Circle\n9:20am Camp Group Time\n9:40am Activity 1\n10:30am Snack & Sunscreen break\n10:45am Activity 2\n11:45am Lunch\n12:30pm Fun activities and games\n1:15pm Activity 3\n2:15pm Snack & Sunscreen break\n2:30pm Closing Circle\n2:45pm – 3:00pm Depart from Camp\n\nLocation: Our camp locations are in Toronto\, Peel\, York\, Halton and Hamilton. \nDate: July 8 – August 9 (No weekends and no civic holidays) \nTime: 9 am – 3 pm \nONLY MONDAY TO FRIDAYS\n*DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS\, SUNDAYS AND ANY CIVIC HOLIDAYS.*
